Glenn E. Coughenour

Glenn Coughenour is the President of the Board of Trustees. He is currently the Registered Consultant Program Specialist for the Project Management Institute where he manages a new online directory of project management consultants developed to serve the needs of companies and organizations around the world. Mr. Coughenour has been a professional in the materials and technology industries for over 40 years and has worldwide experience in commercial development, technology licensing, mergers and acquisitions, manufacturing, raw material acquisition, and process engineering.

Joseph R. Falcon

Mr. Falcon is an intellectual property, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office registered patent attorney. As a member of the Intellectual Property Law Group at Barley Snyder, Mr. Falcon practices all phases of patent and trademark law, including prosecution, licensing, litigation, validity and infringement studies, and IP related business counseling. Mr. Falcon assists clients ranging from early-stage start-ups to established companies in developing and commercializing patent portfolios and implementing strategies that meet the client’s business needs. Mr. Falcon is a graduate of Penn State University, where he received a B.S. in Material Science and Engineering.

Patti White

Patti White, the owner of Triage Restoration, has been in business since 2009. Emergency mitigation/remediation has been a long-standing part of her career path. Much of Patti’s knowledge and experience comes from leadership positions in Operations and Facilities Management for organizations such as UPS (Logistics and Transportation), Drexel University (University Housing and Business Services), Educational Data Systems Incorporated, and JEVS Human Services (Employment and
Training Operations).

Jennifer Sandner

Jennifer Sandner is the President of the Board of Trustees. Jennifer is a Small Business Relationship Manager, AVP at WSFS Bank. Ms. Sandner has over 15 years’ experience in the commercial banking/ lending industry. Jennifer serves with a number of professional and community-focused groups, including the Exton, Chester County and Delaware County Chambers of Commerce; member of the Ambassador Committee with the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce; and, active member and volunteer with the Lima United Methodist Church.

Bill Mecca

Bill Mecca has been the owner of Mecca Electric, Inc. in Folcroft for 28 years. He lives in Springfield and has been married for 29 years. Bill has three children, a 26 year old son and two daughters, 23 and 18 years old. Bill is also involved in the Philadelphia Electrical Association Board.

David Morra

David Morra is the Treasurer of Habitat for Humanity, Delaware County. In his most recent corporate position, he was Chief Executive Officer of a pharmaceutical services company. He also served as a member of the board of directors of a NASDAQ-listed pharmaceutical services company. Dave has served as a business mentor at the Wharton Small Business Development Center, University of Pennsylvania and SCORE Philadelphia, where he provided professional guidance to existing and emerging businesses in the greater Philadelphia region. He is a graduate of Providence College (BS), Wharton (WAM) and Western Governors University (MBA).

Lin Floyd

Lin Axamethy Floyd joined the Habitat for Humanity, Delaware County Board in 2010. She has served primarily with Habitat’s Family Recruitment Committee. A patent attorney, Lin is a 1985 graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. She is a member and Trustee of The Wallingford Presbyterian Church and also serves on the board of Building One Pennsylvania/SE PA First Suburbs Project.

Charles Lee

Charles Lee is Secretary of the Board of Trustees. After graduating from Duke University with degrees in mechanical engineering and civil engineering, Charles Lee has worked for The Boeing Corporation for the past 14 years. Charles has been involved with Habitat for Humanity Delaware County for over 10 years. He presided as president over the ambitious Madison Street Blitz Build where local builders collaborated to build five Habitat homes in a year.

Kevin Cohen

Kevin Cohen is a Technical Integration Lead for the Boeing H-47 helicopter program, focusing on implementation of design requirements driven by the US Army. He works as part of a project-focused technical team, providing guidance and oversight to both functional engineering teams and program management. Kevin received his MBA from Villanova University in August 2015, with a specialization in Strategic Management. Prior to starting his career, Kevin graduated from Penn State with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Habitat for Humanity, Delaware County in July 2015 after working with the board as a consultant as part of his graduate school program.
